Can I use the Awiti One app without a terminal?

Yes, the app works on any compatible smartphone or tablet.

Is the app free?

Yes, it's free to download. Registration with Awiti is required for use as a retailer.

Who registers the app — the retailer or the region?

Registration with the Awiti One App is done by the retailer himself. With Awiti One Smart, the app is already integrated.

Can I accept card payments with the app?

No, the app is intended for vouchers, bonus points and in-house means of payment. For card payments, you need an Awiti One terminal with payment function.

Can I manage multiple branches with one app?

Yes, the app supports multi-location features when enabled in your merchant account.

Are all vouchers automatically recognized?

Yes, as long as they're part of your Awiti region.

Does the app work offline?

Basic functions such as accepting vouchers are possible offline, but an Internet connection is required for synchronization.
