The legal framework of the employee voucher
The employee voucher is based on the applicable tax-free benefits in kind:
50 euros tax-free payment in kind per month
60 euros exemption per personal occasion such as birthday, wedding, silver and golden wedding, birth of a child, communion/confirmation and the baptism of a child
110 euros allowance for a maximum of two company parties per year, e.g. Christmas party, including gifts presented in return.
The vouchers are provided via the Awiti voucher system and can be individually adapted to the wishes of the company. The monthly tax-free salary of 50 euros is not necessarily the basis for further event-related employee vouchers. For example, birthday and Christmas vouchers can be combined — the composition is completely flexible and is based on the company's requirements.
How much does the employee voucher cost?
Our cost structure consists of a platform fee and a transaction fee — with no hidden costs.
